Here's the issue, when i attempt to launch the game (Double clicking the desktop icon, or launching through steam) It states "Running" then quickly goes to "Syncing" and the game does not pop-up on my screen. I have reinstalled my game around 3 times, and verified my game files multiple times aswell. Please help! Nov 26, 2020 @ 2:11pm I had the issue that the game was opening much much larger than my screen (I have multiple monitors in a weird configuration. the muddle one is horizontal and the two side ones are vertical and perhaps the game was caluclated (max height)x(max width) which is stupid!) anyways, the suggestion below helped me to quickly fix it. 1. Check registry for errors with reg organizer or similar software; 2. Press Win+R, type "cmd" (without quotes). Then type "sfc /scannow" command (without quotes) to check windows system files for integrity. If it says something about admin rights, then right click on win logo in lower left corner, and left click on windows powershell (admin OS: Windows 7 Processor: Dual core CPU 2.4 GHz Memory: 4 GB RAM Graphics: GeForce GTS 450-class (Intel HD 4000) Hard Drive: 3 GB available spaceand this, RECOMMENDED: OS: Windows 7/8.1/10 64-bit Processor: Quad core CPU 3.0 GHz Memory: 6 GB RAM Graphics: GeForce GTX 760-class (2 GB) Hard Drive: 3 GB available spaceshould run this game. I'm asking because in American Truck Simulator has a Linux version that is selected by default, but with a forced Proton it will use the Windows version that has better performance. It might or might not make any difference but you know, it's easy to check.
